BIO: Kim has been working in the Child Care field for 30 years. She has Diplomas in Early Childhood Education and Adult Education. Throughout her career, she has worked with infants, toddlers, preschoolers, children with exceptionalities and adolescences. She has been presenting informative workshops to Early Childhood Educators and Parents for a number of years.
WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION: In this interactive workshop we will discuss why toddlers behave the way they do. We will look at how to promote positive behaviours and how to deal with problem behaviours. We will share ideas and strategies on how to deal with challenging behaviours and how to remain calm in stressful situations.
