WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION: This workshop covers a review of the Reggio Emilia philosophy, as well as basic principles of design such as furniture layout, application of color, and suggestions for the usage of lighting, mirrors, platforms, documentation, and materials. This workshop also includes a really fun communication exercise meant to support future dialogue within your staff team. This is a wonderful starting point for any staff team in the beginning stages of Reggio Emilia implementation or to support a staff team who has educators with a diverse range in philosophy.
