Observing children has become a common practice for many educators today. For places like the Frog Hollow Children’s Centres, observation is an essential step for projection of curriculum. Observing children may seem like a simple task, but for many educators it is an on-going challenge to understand what the process of observation looks like in practice.
In this interactive workshop we will seek answers to questions such as “How do we observe?”, “What are we observing?” and “What is the purpose of doing observation?”
