This workshop will give participants some new ideas on ways to create a sensory rich environment and some activities and games they can implement to encourage children to use their senses.

Participants will have an opportunity to make a couple of sensory activity resources to use in their classrooms

Presenter Information
Pat Bates has over 30 years’ experience in the ECE sector. She has been teaching at the college level in ECE for 18 years, as well as earlier worked in both child care and preschool, and owned her own licensed preschool for 13 years. Pat is dedicated to preparing her ECE students to become successful quality educators. Pat is passionate about teaching and music.
