Forming good relationships with families is one of the most important elements in meeting the needs of the child. Despite our best efforts, we still encounter issues that challenge those relationships. This workshop aims to look at some of those issues and suggest some general principles that will help guide us toward successful outcomes. This workshop is appropriate for care providers working with school aged children.
