In this interactive workshop we will spend time defining bias/discrimination and discussing ways to uncover unconscious personal bias and the ways in which this can impact our lives and our work in ECE. Through increased self-awareness we can set goals to include an anti-bias approach to our work with children and families.
Due to Heavy Snowfall this workshop has been postponed from February.
