The purpose of the workshop is to educate people as to what is going on in the ADHD brain, not just a list of symptoms but the “why” behind those symptoms. Understanding the “why” can help to reduce frustration for everyone, both those with ADHD and those without. Equal parts science, philosophy, and practicality, there’s something for everyone.
