An inclusive child care program provides activities, experiences and interactions that allow all children to participate, learn and develop together and at their own individual pace. How can you accomplish this as a team? While it doesn’t happen overnight, it can be accomplished. Your team can do this. Join us to hear what the research says will help and to try practical strategies your team can use to get there.
Jeanine McDonald has supported inclusive child care through her many roles in Supported Child Development as a resource teacher, consultant and coordinator. She has taught as a college professor in early childhood education and she has been a manager and executive director of a society. Jeanine currently works as the Coast Fraser North Regional Advisor for Supported Child Development programs.
