Trying to get toddlers or preschoolers to eat new foods? Worried that your 2-5 year olds aren’t getting the nutrition they need? Child-Feeding Expert Kristen Yarker, MSc, RD., will share picky eating solutions that actually work (without being forceful or sneaky). Also, discover what common strategies inadvertently undermine children’s well-being.
Objectives:
• Discover the developmental causes of picky eating for toddlers and preschoolers.
• Explore strategies that will support kids to develop confidence and competence in trying new foods.

Child-feeding expert Kristen Yarker, MSc, RD helps caregivers support picky eaters to try new foods on their own, without being forceful or sneaky. Since 2008 she has been working with caregivers to provide good nutrition for their children and instill a love of food that lasts a lifetime.
