What do children need to be successful in life? Research has found that emotional intelligence (EQ) is four times more likely to predict a person’s success than IQ. Possibly, the best way to prepare children to have successful lives as adults is to foster leadership skills from a young age. This two-hour workshop will explore what leadership is and how leadership skills can be learned at an early age through connection, emotional intelligence, creativity and opportunities for bravery.
