Linda (Vancouver Supported Child Development Consultant) and Maryam (Frog Hollow Reggio-Inspired Learning Centre Coordinator) first met at Frog Hollow’s Nootka School Age – a Reggio- inspired program.
The centre supported 40 children including 4 children who required extra support and Linda described the program to always be in a state of “organized chaos”.
As Linda and Maryam worked together to support all children in the program, they came to the realization that the Reggio Emilia’s child-inspired principles and its community-based philosophy are a great compliment to Supported Child Development’s strategies to guidance & inclusion.
This is the story of why we believe you and your team would benefit from joining our workshop on April 19th.
This workshop will provide simple strategies for you to support ALL children in your care – whether you are a Reggio-inspired centre or not.
