Children are born with the capacity to feel a range of emotions, yet they are not born with the capacity to manage all of these big feelings. This workshop will explore how emotional regulation develops in children and our role as caregivers in this development. What do we need to understand and who do we need to be to a child, to grow settled and resilient brains that can manage much of what life brings.
