BIO: Michelle Riddle is an Occupational Therapist, Holistic Nutritionist and an Adviser with the University of Alberta, Neurosciences “Sprouts of Hope” project. She is a Queen’s University Graduate and conference acclaimed speaker. She develops client-centered programs that target the roots of function to empower mental, physical, and emotional balance for the children she serves. She also collaborates with leading international scientists to promote community capacity building in an effort to reverse the rising tide of chronic childhood neurodevelopmental conditions like Autism, ADHD, Anxiety, ….
WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION: Participants will discover what leading science says now, how to identify imbalances behind the symptoms of chronic neurodevelopmental conditions like ADHD and anxiety, strategies to empower physical, mental and emotional balance and sustainable solutions that create calmer classrooms and build better futures for our children.
