Encouraging Great Behaviour This workshop will include a framework to discover the basic fundamentals of encouraging positive behaviour, create a plan to inject more emotional development skill-building throughout the daily routines and reinforce the good behaviour that’s demonstrated and correct any undesirable behaviour that takes place. This workshop is designed for people who want to increase children’s learning in emotional development throughout the curriculum. It also serves to build skills for those who want to be more effective, efficient and energetic when interacting with children as well as a renewed sense of commitment and purpose.
Presenter: With 22 years of experience working directly with children, parents, educators & teachers from all around the world in a variety of settings, Julie Romanowski is a “Children’s Behaviour and Discipline specialist” that covers the areas of anxiety, child development, communication and connection with an approach that is positive, respectful and effective!
