Building on feedback from Phase One of the Leadership Initiative, ECEBC created a new program with six modules. The topics are:
1.Knowing your community: identifying and activating constituents and building relationships.
2.Conflict resolution
3.Framing messages and presentation skills.
4.Media
5.Coaching and mentoring
6.Advocacy

Modules will be delivered monthly.

Each module is equal to approximately 8 hours of learner effort (3 hours in a virtual classroom and 5 hours of self-directed and community of practice activity). Each of the six modules have reflective practice, the Code of Ethics and quality embedded into the content and related activities.
