Early Childhood Educators are invited to join this interactive workshop hosted by the BC Council for Families with an open mind and heart to reflect on the continual influences of colonization and share how this has affected them personally and professionally.

We will explore how educators can develop pedagogy and practices that are post-developmental, situated in land-based knowledges and incorporate Indigenous worldviews in culturally respectful ways, as well as, appropriate steps to take when connecting with local indigenous community members.
