´Cedar’ – the second greatest and a well acknowledged resource in the aboriginal culture. Cedar is significant in ceremonies and spiritual beliefs. At this workshop participants will be introduced to cedar weaving and will be weaving cedar headbands.
Fee includes all materials for make ‘n’ take.

Stewart Nahanee
Presenter Information
Born and raised in North Vancouver, Stewart Nahanee is from Squamish . With knowledge of his culture and language, Stewart started a business in the area of drum making. In December 2000, Stewart started a company called “Cedars Us”. Today this company has been thriving by doing drum workshops, cedar bark workshops, attending craft fairs, and business conferences.
