Appetite to Play is a 3-hour workshop designed by Child Health BC to enhance knowledge, skills and confidence in creating childcare settings that support physical activity and healthy eating to promote healthy child development. During this workshop planning tools, self-assessments, tips, ideas, recipes, games and activities will be shared and practiced.
The cost for the workshop is $10 per person and includes a healthy snack and a booklet to help get you started which includes recipes, games and activities.
